Present

- On December 17th we were shocked to hear that Yvonne Johnson was granted Full Parole as we were not notified of the Parole Hearing. Yvonne is to abstain from alcohol and drugs, continue psychological counselling and not to associate with known or suspected criminals.

Our family knew this day would come. What really bothered us was that we were not notified and that the one hearing we missed she was let out. The justice system is responsible for letting her go. We personally do not feel she is fit for society. I pity the next family she offends.

- Dwayne Wenger breached his parole and is awaiting a parole hearing.

- Ernie Jensen is still incarcerated in maximum security.

- Shirley Salmon is out. Chuck has been gone for almost 21 years.

- Derksen Family: We give all our support to Wilma Derksen and her family as they go to trail on the murder of their daughter, Candace Derksen, murdered in 1984. Trail dates are January 17th to February 25th, 2011. For many years their daughter's murder was a mystery. With the help of DNA in May 2007 a man was arrested.

Creator please give them strength as they go through this six weeks of painful evidence that their loved on endured duringtheir final hours. Creator let them feel your awesome presence during this time. Creator I also pray that your presence will notonly be felt by the Derksen family, but by everyone in the courtroom, including the offender. Creator please let justice be served.

- Today marks 21 years since Chuck was murdered.
